1) Check in with yourself throughout the day. Identify where your stress level is at 1 - 10.


2) Notice where you are feeling any stress in your body.


3) Ask yourself, "what do I need right now to lower my stress?"


4) Do whatever you need, such as sit down, cancel running some errands, and use your breathing techniques.
